Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Expert PMO, we are committed to delivering high-quality project management and consultancy services. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund terms apply:

1. Services Rendered

Fees for services that have already been delivered, in part or in full, are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled services with written notice. If cancellation is made before work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion, minus any administrative or preparation costs incurred.

3. Prepaid Services

For prepaid engagements, refunds will only be issued for the unused portion of services, subject to a review of work already completed and resources allocated.

4. Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and, where appropriate, offer revisions or alternative solutions.

5. Custom & Consultancy Work

All bespoke consultancy, planning, and analysis services are non-refundable once delivered, as they are tailored specifically to each client.

6. Payment Disputes

Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of invoice or service delivery. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
